Golden girl Myleene Klass takes her bump (and her new braceless teeth) for a night on the town

Roman Goddess: Myleene appeared to take fashion inspiration from her recent trip to the ancient sites in Rome


Myleene Klass is enjoying fewer nights out and slowing things down as she prepares for the birth of her second daughter.

So when she does doll herself up for a night out, the presenter makes sure to make the most of it.

Myleene did double duty, attending both the British Fashion Awards and the launch of CNN's Piers Morgan Tonight.

And the timing couldn't have been better for the double celebration, as Myleene had her braces removed earlier in the day.

The 32-year-old chose a flowing metallic gold gown for the occasion.

The dress draped over her six-months-pregnant stomach, which Myleene proudly cradled as she posed for pictures on the red carpet at the CNN party.

It appeared she had taken fashion inspiration from her trip last week to Rome, where she visited the ancient city's most famous sights.

Miss Klass, who is already mother to daughter Ava, said she was excited for a night out.

And the excitement was only increased thanks to her having her braces removed earlier in the day.

She tweeted: 'Fell asleep in the dentist chair. BRACES NO MORE!
'One year toffee amnesty over! Mince pie to celebrate methinks.'

Myleene had lingual braces, which sit on the inside of the teeth, fitted.

The former I'm A Celebrity... contestant told her fans on Twitter: 'Off to officially welcome Piers Morgan to the CNN gang.

She joked: 'Have offered to clear out one of my desks for him.Think he has eyes on bigger office.'

Myleene presents the monthly CNN program The Screening Room - an inside look at the film industry.

She mingled and sipped on a glass of Diet Coke before hotfooting it over to the British Fashion Awards at the Savoy Hotel.

She wrote: 'Rare night out. CNN then British fashion awards. Sat on M&S table n chatted with Auntie Twiggy. Lovely.'

Myleene filmed an advertisement for Marks and Spencer last week in Rome.

The expectant mother is the face of M&S Money, and spent a few days shooting the new campaign in front of all the famous Roman sites.

She shivered in the chilly weather while pretending it was a balmy spring day in short sleeved outfits and floaty maxi dresses.

While the weather wasn't ideal, the pregnant star did enjoy the local cuisine, tucking into a big bowl of spaghetti in a picture she uploaded to Twitter.

Myleene was dropped as the face of M&S clothing earlier this year after a new line up including Dannii Minogue, Lisa Snowden and VV Brown was announced.

Twiggy is the only remaining model from the former line up.
