Singer IU was recently invited to throw the opening pitch for the Doosan Bears in Game 5 of the semi-finals between the Doosan Bears and Lotte Giants this week.This isn’t actually IU’s first time throwing the opening pitch, as she once received the honors to throw for the same team back in August in their game against the Nexen Heroes.
IU, who has always been a fan of Doosan Bears, revealed before the match, “I’m hoping for Doosan’s win, and I will be wearing Kim Seon Woo’s number 32 shirt for the opening.”
