Distraught: Annastasia Baker is so angry that she's been rejected from X Factor again that she thinks it's 'a fix'


After being rejected by Cheryl Cole for the second time, Annastasia Baker has unleashed her fury and accused the X Factor judges of deciding on their top three finalists before even seeing the auditions.

Annastasia was booted off while Cher Lloyd and Katie Waissel both made it through despite stumbling in the judges' houses auditions.

The mother-of-one, who was also rejected from X Factor in 2008, said: 'I’ve been to Cheryl’s house before and messed up like Cher and Katie.

'But anybody who messed up in 2008 didn’t get through. It’s like they’ve made their decisions before you even get there... They probably made a decision a long time ago,’ she told The Sun.

Miss Baker also suggested that the show might be ‘a fix’, after claiming that finalist Katie Waissel ‘knew everything’ about which judge they were getting and where they were going for the judges’ houses round.

‘Katie told me Brian [Friedman] saw her in LA and told her to audition. But Brian is in the decision-making for bootcamp.

‘Katie knows a lot of people in the industry. She could tell us all the information, where we were going, which judge we were getting. That makes you think, is it a fix?’ Annastasia told The Sun.

The singer, who was booted off the show on Saturday night, has also branded Cheryl Cole as ‘heartless’ and ‘two-faced’ after the judge didn’t pick her as a finalist.

Miss Baker said that Cheryl had no emotion when giving her the news and despite not being able to say anything bad about her audition, still didn’t let her through.
While Katie Waissel, 24, and Cher Lloyd, 17, were chosen alongside Rebecca Ferguson, 23 to become finalists.

She then went on to insult Katie and Cher, saying that after sharing a room with the 17-year-old she didn’t see her eat properly and called Katie ‘fake’.

She then launched an attack on Cher’s style, saying it’s not long lasting and said the judges probably picked her after thinking ‘this girl can make us money’.

Meanwhile, as Annastasia’s dreams have been shattered again after auditioning for her fifth year, fellow former contestant Gamu has been told she must leave Britain to return to Zimbabwe.

Gamu Nhengu has lived in Scotland for eight years but immigration officials claim that her mother Nokuthula Ngazana, 38, had received thousands of pounds worth of benefits while working as a nurse.

Under immigration rules she is not allowed to have access to benefits and now the family has no right of appeal on their visas.
